With Trip Protection: Cancel by 8pm the night before for a full refund, or the morning of for a 50% refund.

Standard: Cancel or rebook up to 48 hours before without penalty. No refunds within 48 hours except for severe weather. Weather decisions are made 1 hour before departure.
We only cancel for severe weather — light rain won't stop us. We make that call the morning of your booking. If you're driving from a distance and poor weather is in the forecast, we recommend checking in at least 48 hours before your reservation to discuss rescheduling or cancelling without penalty.

As long as you're comfortable in the water and can swim, we can teach you. Our crew teaches watersports all day, every day, all ages. Our certified instructors walk you through everything from dock to wake.
A good rule of thumb is 30 minutes per person who wants to try a watersport. Group of 4? Book 2 hours. Group of 8? Book 3–4 hours. You can also mix in tubing for the whole group to maximize your time.
No boating license required — ever. Our licensed captain handles all boat operation. You just show up, gear up, and ride. This is one of the key differences from bare-boat operators who require you to bring your own license.
Absolutely. Our boats carry all equipment — waterskis, wakeboards, a wakesurf board, and a tube. Try everything in one session, or focus on one sport the whole time. Totally up to your group.
All ages welcome. We carry life jackets in every size including infant. Tubing is great for ages 5+ at comfortable speeds. Note: stepping into the watersports boat is about a 1.5-foot step down from the dock.
Non-alcoholic drinks and non-messy foods are welcome. Bottled water is provided. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted on watersports charters.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome aboard. Bring the whole crew.
