Bantam Lake

Nestled in the Litchfield foothills, Bantam Lake is Connecticut’s largest natural lake and our home base. The lake is surrounded by homes, summer camps, two public beaches, is home to the oldest waterski club in the country, and even has a great campground with direct waterfront access. With 947 acres, there is plenty of room to explore and relax. Boat traffic is usually very light, especially during the week!

Connecticut Watersport Candlewood Lake

Candlewood Lake - Long term boat leasing only

Candlewood Lake is the largest lake in the state and is nearly 11 miles long. This man-made lake began filling in 1926 and was built over a small village, some of the old buildings are said to still be underwater! The Lake is surrounded by the towns of Brookfield, Danbury, New Fairfield, New Milford and Sherman. 

 

We only offer our long term pontoon boat rentals on Candlewood Lake. We do not offer watersports instruction or captained charters on Candlewood.
