Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here is our cancellation policy for all Connecticut Water Sports bookings:

• 48+ hours before your trip — Full refund or free rescheduling
• 24-48 hours before your trip — 50% refund or free rescheduling to another available date
• Less than 24 hours / No-show — No refund

Weather Cancellations

Safety is our top priority. If we cancel your trip due to severe weather conditions (thunderstorms, high winds, lightning), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Light rain typically does not affect our trips. Our captains will make the final call on weather-related cancellations.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in shortened trip time, and the full charter rate still applies.
